This document outlines the rules, terms, timelines, and responsibilities governing the transport, delivery, and inspection of products purchased on the goat.ge online shop.
Territory: The Company sells and delivers products exclusively within the territory of Georgia. The Company does not offer international shipping or cross-border transportation under any circumstances.
Payment Origin: In alignment with these territorial limits, products presented on the Website can be purchased strictly using bank cards issued by licensed financial institutions of Georgia.
Standard Delivery Window: The standard delivery time throughout Georgia is 1 to 5 working days following official order confirmation. In the event of unforeseen environmental or logistical circumstances, this period may be extended, and the customer will be notified promptly by our support team.
Statutory Delivery Limit: The Company is legally bound to deliver the purchased items to the customer without undue delay, and no later than 5 working days after the conclusion of the contract, unless an alternative custom delivery timeframe was explicitly communicated and agreed upon at checkout.
Failure to Deliver & Additional Deadlines: If the Company fails to deliver the goods within the specified period, the customer has the right to grant the Company a reasonable additional period to fulfill the obligation.
Contract Cancellation: If the Company fails to deliver the products upon the expiration of this additional reasonable term, the customer is legally entitled to cancel the contract and request a full refund, alongside compensation for damages in accordance with the civil legislation of Georgia.
Stock Unavailability: If an ordered product cannot be delivered because it has become completely unavailable in stock, the Company is obligated to inform the customer immediately and initiate a full reversal of the payment.
The delivered goods shall be deemed to conform to the conditions stipulated in the purchase contract if they satisfy the following criteria:
They match the exact digital description, specifications, and model variations provided to the customer on the product pages of goat.ge.
They are fully suitable for the specific purposes for which products of this type are normally used.
They possess the structural qualities and functional performance that the customer could reasonably expect based on the nature of climate control equipment and official public statements made via advertising, labeling, or product documentation by the manufacturer (e.g., Midea) or the Company.
Exclusion: The goods shall not be deemed defective or out of contract compliance if the customer knew, or reasonably should have known, about a specific condition or defect at the exact time the transaction was finalized.
Our operations are focused on maximizing customer satisfaction. Because climate control equipment consists of fragile electronic and mechanical parts, we strictly enforce the following inspection rules:
Packaging Inspection: The customer is strongly requested to carefully examine the physical condition of the outer packaging before signing any acceptance documentation presented by the transport agent.
Right of Refusal: In the event of visible damage, tears, or structural breaches to the shipping or factory packaging, the customer has the absolute right not to accept the shipment from the transport company. The customer must immediately report this refusal to the Company via info@goat.ge.
Assisted Opening: Alternatively, if packaging damage is minor, the customer has the right to open the box together with the transport agent before signing, to verify the internal intactness of the unit, the exact model accuracy, and the quantity.
Internal Defects in Intact Packaging: If you receive physically damaged equipment inside an undamaged box, or if you receive an incorrect order by mistake, you must take clear digital photographs of the item and packaging and email them to info@goat.ge within 24 hours of receipt.
System Errors: If your digital order status shows "delivered" or "submitted" in our system but you have not physically received the parcel, contact us immediately at info@goat.ge so our support team can resolve the logistical issue with the courier company.
Coordination: After an online sale is processed, the delivery dispatch or automated scheduling service coordinates with the customer to establish an estimated delivery window.
Customer's Fault: If the courier arrives at the specified address within the agreed window but the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer's fault (e.g., providing an incorrect address, phone number unreachable, or absence from the location), the shipment will be returned to the logistics hub.
Repeated Delivery Charges: To initiate a repeated delivery attempt to the address, the customer will be contacted again to re-arrange a timeline. Please note that repeated transportation to the address due to consumer unavailability is subject to additional charges based on the item's volumetric size and distance, according to the standard tariffs of our third-party courier partners.
