Internal Discrepancies: If the outer packaging is undamaged, but upon opening the box the item is found to be incorrect, visually defective, or incomplete, the customer must take clear photographs of the product and packaging and contact the Company within 24 hours of receipt.
Contract Formation: An order placed on the Website represents an offer to purchase. The contract is considered concluded only after the Company processes the order and issues an official confirmation or dispatch notice.
Technical Discrepancies: The online store is built on an automated platform. In rare cases of software synchronization errors, stock discrepancies, or technical glitches resulting in incorrect product availability status, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order. In such events, the user will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued to the source of payment.
Taxes Included: All prices displayed on the Website are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) and all other applicable taxes required by the legislation of Georgia.
